I have a new Pavilion dv6 laptop with built in windows 7 64bit.  Had no problems with my Help and Support opption till just recently. Now every time I go to it and try to open an icon, it opens up in notepad and only displays a list of codes and formats or something like that that I just don't understand. I don't no how to fix it. Please help. Thanks  Jenny
