We have PIC licenses for MSN, Yahoo, and AOL.  I can see presence for the MSN, Yahoo, AOL client from the the Communicator 2007 R2 session.  I am able to communicate both ways using AOL.  I can send messages to MSN and Yahoo, but I am not able to reply messages.  When I start a conversation from MSN or Yahoo to Communicator, I get a notification in Communicator stating that MSN \Yahoo client want to start a conversation, when click on the incoming messge nothing is displayed.

Is there a security or encryption setting that I am missing?
