When I try upgrading Windows Vista Home Basic to Windows 7 and when start up starts and it finishes installing the temporary files I get: "E:\sources\input.dll is either not designed to run install or contains errors. Try installing the programs again using the orginal installation media" and I bought the upgrade from Microsoft so it should work.
