我有acer Aspire T671，我决定从Vista升级到7

I have an acer Aspire T671 and I ve decided to upgrade from Vista to Seven

所以基本上在升级之后我看不到DVD设备，出现以下错误:

So basically after the upgrade  I cannot see the  DVD unit and I got the following error:

该设备与七个设备不兼容(错误代码48)

the unit is not compatible with Seven (error Code 48)

请帮助！！！
