for a special application we are working on, I'd like to know if there is any chance to receive touch pointer updates even if the pointer is not moving.

现在看来，仅当指针改变任何值时才发送数据(这几乎对所有应用程序都有意义).

Right now it seems to send data only if the pointer is changing in any value (which makes sense for nearly all applications).

我们可以使用Win7或Win8，两种操作系统上的行为现在都相同.

We could either use Win7 or Win8, the behaviour is right now the same on both OS.
