我试图从门户网站重置我的VM密码.
I tried to reset my VM password from portal.
但是它无法重置我的VM密码，现在我无法登录我的VM，因为我忘记了以前的密码，或者密码可能已过期.
But it is failing to reset my VM password and now I could not login to my VM as I don't remember my previous password or it might have got expired.
