New computer in January, installed office 2007 and everything has been fine.  Today got an error message when I try and open up outlook. "cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook"  Cannot open the Outlook window.  I removed it, and tried reinstalling it and I still get the same message.  Lost all my emails and still cant even open outlook.  Any suggestions?
