My first preference was to create a Linux-based App Service for my development efforts but I didn't realize I couldn't use a Linux App Service in the Free tier until I clicked "create" and got an error stating such.

Did Azure mark my Resource Group as "having Linux apps" before my initial attempted deployment completed? Or does it consider other Azure apps to be Linux apps that I can't work alongside? I really don't want to create a whole new Resource Group just to get this app working. Please help!
