I have purchased a netbook with starter version 7.  when I am in my schools directory and choose a person I want to email, when that screen comes up the right side scroolbar is missing. I've tried to change the resolution to 1024x768 but my screen can't go higher. I don't want to try to goto reset internet explorer settings because I don't know if I will make things worse. Does anyone have this problem and can suggest how I can fix this. Thank you
