Novice. But I keep getting a prompt for Vista AntiVirus Pro popping up showing all the infected files they say I have in my computer. Ran a complete Norton and got nothing other than a cookie or two.  Cannot get these Vista Antivirus messages to stop popping up. Looks like they want me to buy it but is it a scam and why can't I get rid of the messages?
