I purchased an itouch and can not get the latest software. I have tried to unstall and re install itunes.  I have disabled the firewall. Someone at worked mentioned that because I bougt one of the first VISTAs that I needed to do updates but when I try I get error messages stating that 2 downloads did not work. Someone mentioned that I needed to download something called C++ Express?? Nothing is working.

The error message reads:
