We come across the requirement to assess SCCM migration on Azure.

You must be aware that Azure Migrate is used for assessment, Azure Site Recovery (ASR) is the one used to migrate. ASR will replicate and bring the VMs up but you would have to ensure any configurations are  working after migration. Suggest you refer to this blog by Shitanshu that has all the details you should be knowing before deciding to migrate your SCCM to Azure.
