I know its possible to add registry keys but can you add keys / DWORDs that are locked from anyones access but editable with a password / username by code? I have to add some registry keys that hold some codes and I don't want the users to access them however, they may need to be deleted / edited by my application

I have been working on it all day and had a little progress. I can create the subkey and put some sort of permission on it however, it seems easy to simply right click, select permissions and change them... Almost seems pointless..
