I blanket deleted all resources in my Visual Studio subscription to start from scratch - it succeeded in deleting all resources including Storage account, except for my ML service.  Of course, it can't delete because the storage account was deleted and I cannot access the workspace to delete the dependent objects. On top of that Microsoft wants to CHARGE me for support for a BUG they CREATED.
