I am getting error while deploying Azure API management POLICIES through ARM template since 2 days, earlier it was working fine.

"message": "The response for resource had empty or invalid content."

Above message is shown for all the policies in ARM template.

This is for all the policies in ARM template not for any specific policy , like for api level policies, service level policies  and others.

I have tried this, after downloading automation scripts as well as is.
