Hi All,

I am trying to change the VM size from Azure portal for cost saving benefits. But when I try to change the VM size, the cost details shown are very different from the cost shown on pricing calculator. 

For example : I have a Linux VM running  in SouthEast Asia region with Standard B1ms size. When I try to change it to B8ms, the cost shown on size tab is 20,752 Rs/month but from pricing calculator it is  20,361 Rs/month.

Can anyone please help.

@Vive Mishra, Pricing calculator shows approximate pricing for the services selected. But in your situation, you may find pricing differences between pricing calculator and the actual price showing up on the portal due to the VM configuration/service it is running. If you find this as a real pricing discrepancy, my best suggestion would be contact Azure billing team by creating a free support request.
