Using VS2015 Preview, I have created a blank cordova app (Using the typescript installed template).
I'm trying to build a debug for android, using the ripple emulator works fine. But when I select the VS emulator, or other emulators created using the AVD manager, then it fails (I also get this same failure attempting to build to the device).

I am able to run the build.bat file using command prompt, and receive a success message and the apk file does get generated, but I see no reason why I should have to do it this way. This way also does not allow me to live debug the program??
