The message is clear. Click on the Assemblies tab and add the .NET assembly instead of adding it as a COM library using a type library. If the component is configured for COM+ you should be able to find it under the Program Files\ComPlus Applications folder. Keep in mind that you can create both 32-bit and 64-bit COM+ components so make sure to look under the appropriate Program Files folder.
