I have an OWA server, I checked the version and i.e. 15.0.4989.1000 (December CU 2017). But this version number is not present  in OWA version table for Dec CU 2017 rather it has 15.0.4989.1001. So why this version number mismatch ? Is it a concerning issue ?

This is normal when there is an incremental change.
