I have a node js app deployed using web app resources

I can access both of these URLs in localhost but when i try to use the app deployed I can only access the second one. I can provide any code that you need. I also have a standard web.config file . It gives me 404 "The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable." when I try to access the first URL. Thanks for the help.

It sounds like all of the required files may not have been deployed. Have you tried redeploying your site or using kudu to verify the site filess for /item are there? (sitename.scm.azurewebsites.net)
