无法下载移动设备中心 [英] Cannot download Mobile Device Center

Due to problemw/syncing my Palm Treo phone to Outlook 2007, I uninstalled Mobile Device Center and driver. Now, when i download Mobile Device Center 6.1. download starts and then backtracks with no error message and Device Center never installs. Happens on my Win 7 32 bit Home premium desktop Any ideas on how to solve this?.
