Im using Visual Studio 2012 Express with TFS 2012 express and I have setup a publishing profile to publish my web forms application into my staging area.

If I change 1 file within my application and then publish it, it is detecting that I need to publish everything within my application instead of just the changes.

I have my profile setup to precompile during publishing then under the configuration for precompile I have the allow precompiled site to be updateable UNTICKED and then I merge all outputs into a single assembly.

If I dont merge them and allow updates then it works fine, is there a way to get it working without having these set?
