Just wanted to see if anyone knew if it was possible to trigger an SSPR via Graph API? In effect write a new wrapper around the SSPR functionality but use the Graph API as the delivery mechanism?

If you are referring to updating the password or force a password change for the user , you can use the update user call as described here to update the password profile for the user as an admin using Graph API.

If you want the user to do this on his own , then I am afraid he will not be able to do it unless the user has the required permissions listed here.
