  Is there any chance In Set of 10 test cases, if test case 3 is failed after that continuously the automation done on the testcase 4 to test case 10(i.e remaining testcases). And I heard for that test case 3 log file will be generated with the error description. If so Could you please give me a brief description on how to do this in coded ui in case of Record & PlayBack and through hard coding(Using VB.net).

With Record and Playback for manual testing, it allows you playback execution for each individual test iteration while recording the screen if you have the proper diagnostics adapter enabled. It does not however go through a list of test cases by itself. It depends on the manual tester to switch between them. Record and Playback (also known as Fast Forward for Manual Testing) is a way for manual testers to be more productive, but it does not eliminate the need for manual intervention.
