I want to be able to disable a select few buttons on the command ribbon in all of my document libraries (if you need a specific button as an example, I will be trying to disable the Tags and Notes button as well as a button from a 3rd party solution we have installed).

I can sort of make this work using a script web part on each individual library.  This solution is untenable because 1) I would have to do it for every document library, 2) I would have to redo it every time a document library is added, and 3) it prevents the Files and Library tabs from displaying by default.

This is not tenable.  I want to implement the disabling of these buttons such that it works in all current and future document libraries.  Is there a way to do that?
