We made a mistake signing up for Azure with a certain e-mail address, now we cannot seem to remove it from Azure Active Directory (even after creating another Admin account) and cannot create another Microsoft account with the correct e-mails address in the same domain (due to MS' attempt to prevent employees of a company signing up of their own accord for enterprise accounts) without marking the existing account for deletion and waiting for 60(!) days for it to actually happen.

Unfortunately there is no way to delete the disabled account immediately, as the data is stored in case you change your mind or need to access it.
