I'm having an issue with excel 2007 at the moment, every time a workbook is opened a new book "book1" opens with it. I have checked the STARTXL folders and there is nothing in it. It started on one users pc first, this user also had a RUNDLL error poping up at startup so i was advised to create a new profile for them which I did and all is now working well. Two days later it started on another users pc, same thing apart from the RUNDLL error. So after loads of research again and finding no solutions that worked I created a new profile for this user as well (temporarily), which after a day or two the same thing started again.
It also might be worth mentioning that a few weeks before that another person addded a sage add-in to excel on to 7 pc's, two of which were the problem pc's. Rest are all fine. This add-in is now disabled on those two pc's now tho.
I would appreciate any help.
