  I've left messages after many problems that were similar to mine and I've tried all the suggestions, all to NO avail.  I have uninstalled the 2010 VC++ Express, and then reinstalled it, and get the same problem.  When I go to the 'Help' dropdown choice menu, it takes me to a sign in screen, which I pass OK by signing in.  Then it immediately sends me to a screen "Profile Center" with a rotating circle and just sits there.  If I break out of the wait by hitting on of the choices like 'personal infromation', it send me to 'personal information' screen and again the rotating circle.  Same with all the other choices on that screen.

  I don't want to lose the product and my time is running out.  Is there anyone with Microsoft that has a handle on this problem?  I'll keep checking back here.
