I have been unable to access the "Ramp Up: Developer Basics – Visual C# Track" "Programming Fundamentals " article for at least a day. Also unable to access Introduction to Visual C# Language . Introduction to .NET Framework 2.0 (Language: Visual C#) appears to be working.

I verified that this is a problem from three different computers from two separate ISPs using two different Live ID's and three different browsers. It appears to be a problem with the site, not my configuration.

Wow, you are thorough and I believe you.  Sounds like you were frustrated by the wasted time.  When that starts to happen to me, I find something else to do.  I had the same problem with Ramp Up: Developer Basics...sometimes you see it, sometimes you do not.  I did some other training clinics AND I kept reading Basic language references, such as Francesco Balena.  There is always something new to learn in producing quality software products. 

Some of the old resources disappear when something better comes along.  It could be a refresh, new service pack or even a new increment in the version of the program.   It could be security considerations or even a test. It might be a blessing in disguise that you can nolonger access it. 

Nevertheless, if that ever happens again, wait a day and then try again.  I hope you did not give up.
