I can't do a system defrag on windows vista. Its shows me a message that it is  blocked by group policy. I also can't change my update downloads to automatic but my main question is about chabnging the group policy so I can do a system defrag. I have done everything I can find on the subject that I can understand but it still isn't working. Can someone please help??????????????//
