I've copied a solution from one PC to another. Both are running the same updated version of VS 2012 Pro.  However, the solution was created on a laptop running Win 7 Pro 64 and it was copied to a desktop running Win 8 Pro 64, if that matters

The 5.1.20513.0 version of the Silverlight can be found here. Download and install either Silverlight_Developer.exe or Silverlight_Developer_x64.exe.
