Im trying to make a mock driving theory test program for my computing project and I want to know what the best way to store the questions is.

I want to be able to identify each questions category (e.g safety, road signs etc.) for when the user wants to practice a specific type of question and I want to be able to use all categories in a full 50 question mock text.
