I have looked at the some of the forums that are related to image file CD/DVD Burning.
I may have the imapi - Image Mastering API library, and I would like to include it as a library reference and to use it
in Visual Basic code.

There are quite a few articles/examples of using IMAPIv2 around the internet. Below is a few that you can read through and download the VS projects so that you can open them in VS and inspect how they do different things.
You can read through some of these links and test the downloadable VS projects. Yes, some are in C# but, C# really is not that much different than VB.Net so, you should be able to follow along with what they are doing and talking about.
