I am taking an online C# course which uses " VisualC# Step by Step" as the text. I bought Visual Studio 2008 Professional Academic and installed it.
(I had been using Visual C# express which I had installed about 8 months ago). I have a Windows Vista Business.


I was following the teacher's online lesson. At one point he writes .......      "Select Tools>Build Comment Web Pages. Select "Build for entire solution," note the location at which the Web pages will be created, and click OK. View the Code Comment Report that is generated. "

In my installation of Visual Studio there is no "Tools>Build Comment Web Pages. Select "Build for entire solution".

I also see that the autmatically placed comments like

/// Summary description for MainForm.
/// 
Are not in the ".CS" Files
Question 1:
Why is the "Tools>Build Comment Web Pages>Build for entire solution" menu selection not there?

Since I had read that there have been problems with XAML and Vista I re installed SP1 for Visual Studio. Which makes the Xaml code to appear again. ( thats another probelm I have been having).

My computer is a Toshiba that meets the minimum hardware requirements.

I have tried selecting both project templates "Windows Application" and WPF Application. Neither gives me the "Tools>Build Comment Web Pages>Build for entire solution".


Question 1:
Why is the "Tools>Build Comment Web Pages>Build for entire solution" menu selection not there?

Question 2 What can I do to fix this?
