I took a second look at your image, seems you are using the IDE data wizard. Usually the wizard does a good job of creating INSERT statements so the issue may be with a field name in the INSERT statement, hard to tell in your case as the image is too small. Make sure you have not used a reserve word or have spaces in a field name (99 percent of the time this is a non-issue).
