I have managed to develop a script to use a seperate List to pick values for populating the fields when uploading to a Document Library. The Edit Form works perfectly when I use the Upload Button in Sharepoint Online classic. The customisations use List Web Part, and a few Filter Web Parts, and then runs the script to populate all Document Library Fields. My questions deal with exposing this functionality.

1. For SharePoint Online Modern View Page, currently, there is no easy way to customize with JavaScript and use list filter web part, this is the limitation for Modern View Page. There is no Content/Script Editor web part for modern page and even with Designer, it can't also embed JavaScript. And I would suggest you can use classic View instead as a workaround.

2.对于Office Application，当将其保存到SharePoint Online库中时，无法从Office Application调用Web部件和JavaScript，仅适合在SharePoint Online经典视图页面上调用它.

2. And for Office Application when saving into SharePoint Online library, this is not possible to call web part and JavaScript from Office Application, it is only suitable for call it on SharePoint Online classic view page.
