Sharepoint farm is set up on one Windows 2012R2 server (Sharepoint 2013 + SQL 2012).
Separate (not the one from SP farm)  Microsoft SQL Server stores all employee info and has a procedure that returns Name and Vacation Days Left for all employees.
Sharepoint 2013 connects to this database and simply graphically displays data in web browser (every employee and his current Days Left).
The URL of this user display page is:

    http://intranet/vacation/_layouts/15/start.aspx#/Lists/VacationBalances/AllItems.aspx

Sharepoint connects to database using connection information that I can open from sharepoint's Site Contents:

The URL of this page (connection information) is http://intranet/vacation/_layouts/15/start.aspx#/_layouts/15/viewlsts.aspx

Connection information is in format:
Procedure name, Server=servername,port;Database=Database_name;User Id=id;Password=pass;

The problem is that not all data is displayed in browser compared to database query return. Some users are missing. I've rerun all the sharepoint jobs but with no luck.

Any ideas where to start looking for problem?

I found in sharepoint designer file: intranet/vacation/Lists/VacationBalances/Allitems.aspx but the actual url of the page in browser is: intranet/vacation/_layouts/15/start.aspx#/Lists/… And there is nothing interesting in file Allitems.aspx
