I had a working pipeline which did a GetMetadata activity to get the child items from a Data Lake Gen 2 (using the blob storage connector), but now the connector is not working anymore. I can create a linked service to the Lake Gen 2 with the Lake Gen 2 connector, but the GetMetadata activity doesnt list me the datasets created with that linked service.

What options do I have? I need to retreive the name of the files inside a folder of the Data Lake Gen 2.

Were you using the ADLS Gen2 account with hierarchy namespace enabled? If so, there was a behavior change in ADLS Gen2 service side, that Blob API cannot operate on ADLS Gen2 account with hierarchy namespace enabled.
