We have an Azure Batch Application that we have been working on for a year. It has been working well.

Yesterday jobs started failing. We have now narrowed it down to what looks like our Task Dependencies not getting fulfilled but only on our Batch Account that is in South Central US! The same exact job runs to completion when we use the East US batch account.

The tasks that have dependencies just hang there and never start running. The Job and pool stay up as well.

Does anyone have any ideas? Is this just a South Central bug today?

I am not seeing any reports related to South Central US today or in the last few days.
