We have a requirement for one of my client, that the value added under TAG in a resource group should be lock(denying from changing the value) and not get deleted. Which means, a user apart from the admin, who have Ownership access, shouldn't have any permission to change or delete the entry inside the TAG's. If this is possible, Can anyone explain it how via GUI and via Powershell. Thanks in advance.
