I have a list with long questions to be answered Y/N

So in the New Item form I need the full question to be displayed, however in the list view I only need to see the question number.

Currently i have named the field the full name.

Hi rupshall- are you using the standard SharePoint form? You'd be better off using SP Designer or InfoPath for this. That way you can name your field whatever you want, then type out the full question in the form itself. Otherwise, consider using a survey list.
