Hi,

You can create a Wiki page and add the content search web part to this page.
Firstly, click Site contents->Site Page Library->Library Setting-> Add from existing site content types, add Wiki page to the content type.
 
After that, create a Wiki page in the Site page library.
 
Open the Wiki page, click Site setting->Site collection feature, enable the two features of Search Server Web Parts and Templates and SharePoint Server Publishing Infrastructure. 
Now, you can add content search web part in this Wiki page.
