For #1, if you are having difficulty in locating a forum or are not sure about the right forum for a particular topic, you can ask a question at http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/whatforum

For #2, you can report a bug at http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/reportabug, so that somebody can guide you for the appropriate resolution.

For #3, it occasionally takes some time for the posts to get indexed by search engines. I am now able to locate the post when I search for "spoolsv.exe com1"
