I have got 10 days left till the expiry date of my one care and I have tried to purchase it but each time I enter my account and start subscription I face the problem that says there is something wrong with your internet connection but I don't know what it is as this is the connection I always use. Can yoy help me with this? I want to pay by credit card and if there is any way I can subscribe successfully can you please tell me? Thank you
