Just to clarify, are you the only admin on the subscription/app?

1.If you are deploying the Webjobs from Visual Studio, ensure that ‘Remove additional files at destination’ is not checked. For example, if you have a web application in a subfolder on the server when you deploy a project to the root folder, the subfolder will be deleted.
