I had to deinstall and reinstall my VMM Server because of a Database Server Migration and now my VMM Server is shown disconnected in the Azure Site Recovery portal.

I try to reinstall the provider msi so I can register the Server again but I keep getting: The vault credentials currently used for registration isn’t supported anymore. Download new vault credentials from the Azure site Recovery portal and retry the operation.

I did download the vault credentials again from the Properties page of the Azure Site Recovery portal but the error stays the same.

Update: I managed to get a correct vault credentials file by "adding" a new VMM Server in the Azure Site Recovery Portal.

Can you do the uninstall and cleanup the registry before installing and pointing to the vault using new registration key..  i think your register is not cleaned up properly..
