while i am running job as file system i am getting error as........."unable to load the package as xml because of package doesnt have a valid xml format"

Check for the following possibilities :

1.The package is corrupted
2.You havent supply the password if the package is encrypted.
3.Encrypted sensitive infos with userkey and and the package is copied to another system.
