Hi. I'm trying to add an HTML page to the Server project that I will show in a Silverlight WebBrowser control in the LightSwitch application.

However, when I put the page in the server project, compile, and run the project, I get a 404 error. It doesn't matter if I put it in the root of the Server project or in the Web folder.

This seems like the specialized LightSwitch version of IIS express is only set to server up certain file types. Does anyone know how to enable it to serve up a plain old HTML page?

Based on my test the development server should serve HTML content correctly.

Can you see that html page in the Bin\Debug folder? (Assume you don't change default settings and are debugging Debug build) If you can please make sure the URL you use is right. Please check the URL and make sure it's right.

If it still doesn't work please post the absolute URL you used and how you get it.
