I purchased the Windows Live OneCare software a couple of years ago and have not used it because when I tried to register it I had problems.  Therefore, when I went to try to rectify the problem, the message I received was that the Product Key number was already in use.  I have the software disc and the purchase info and receipt.  How can I use this software that I purchased but seems to not be able to be used.
