Its a Physical machine replication to Azure job,

The configuration server installation fails at the last page (at precisely this point: 'Install Microsoft azure recovery services agent')

 With the error: An unexpected error occurred during the installation. For more details check the setup error logs. Error ID: 116

I gathered the following log:
